Dear Competitors,
We have good news. After negotiations with Hungexpo and changing the course of the competition we managed to allow archers to take part who transferred their fee latest 7th Jan 2016.
We kindly ask all the other archers who have not paid until 7th Jan NOT to transfer any fe for 3D ECH, it will not be accepted.
Archers transferring after 7-th of january can choose either 1) to be put on the waiting list or 2) to get their money back.
Please follow the information about the competition ( IAA website, Facebook page for the competition, your email), the schedule for the start at the first target will be announced soon.
You will not have a chance to shoot if you are not on place when you are put on shedule.

Kedves Versenyzők,
A Hungexpo-val egyeztetés, és a verseny menetének átdolgozásával sikerült megoldani, hogy azok, akik 2016.01.07-ig elindították a nevezési díjuk utalását indulni tudjanak a versenyen.
Akik még nem fizetett a 3D EB-re, az kérjük már ne utaljon!
Akik a lezáró üzenet után utaltak, választhatnak, hogy várakozó listára kerülnek, vagy visszakapják a befizetett pénzt.
Kérjük figyeljétek a versennyel kapcsolatos híreket (IAA honlap, a verseny facebook csoportja, e-mail) pontos időbeosztás készül. hogy kinek mikor kell megjelennie az első célnál.
Aki elkésik, nem lesz lehetősége lelőni a versenyt.

Tárgyalunk a Hungexpoval a lehetőségekről, megpróbálunk helyet szerezni a versenyre azoknak akik még a tegnapi záró üzenet megjelenése előtt elutalták a nevezési díjat.
Aki még nem utalt, az kérjük már ne tegye.

Pre-registered archers who transfer the registration fee late have two choices: to be put on a waiting list or get the transferred money back.
Archers who finally wont get into the 180 competitors from the waiting list, will - of course- get their money back.

INVITATION
Dear Archers, dear Friends,
I would like to invite you on behalf of the Hungarian Archery Association to HDH-IAA 3D Indoor European Championships 2016. The competition will be organised on 19-20th February 2016 according to the rules of the HDH-IAA. It is open to all archers to register as no qualification is needed.
The championship will be located in Hall „A” and „D” of the Hungexpo building. Please note that the opening ceremony, the registration and the qualification rounds take place in Hall „D” whereas Hall „A” hosts the finals and the award ceremony.
During the competition Hungexpo features the exhibition of FEHOVA offering many interesting programmes for about 10 000 visitors coming here daily.
I would also like to highlight the fact that this competition is part of an Archery Festival where three-day archery events will be organised too such as the HDH-IAA Historical Indoor European Championships and the IFAA National Championships. The organisers co-ordinate these competitions in a way that it gives the opportunity to archers to take part in all these events if they wish.
The entrance fee to the exhibition is included in the registration fee. Please note you will be allowed to enter only through Gate #6 after registering on the spot.

Tisztelt Sporttársak! Kedves Barátaim!
Magam és a Magyar Íjász Szövetség történelmi szakága nevében tisztelettel meghívom sporttársainkat és az íjászsport iránt érdeklődőket a 2016. évi HDH-IAA 3D Teremíjász Európa Bajnokságra. A verseny 2016. február 19-20-án kerül megrendezésre a HDH-IAA versenyszabályzata szerint. A verseny nyílt nevezésű, nem kvalifikációhoz kötött, így minden versenyezni kívánó íjász jelentkezését várjuk.
A Bajnokság helyszíne a Hungexpo területe,” D” és” A” csarnok; a megnyitó ünnepség, a regisztráció a selejtező, rangsoroló versenyek a” D” csarnokban , a döntő és az eredményhirdetés az „A” csarnokban lesz
A versennyel egy időben zajlik a FEHOVA kiállítás, számos érdekes látnivalóval, naponta megközelítőleg 10.000 látogató részvételével.
Fontos kiemelni, hogy az íjász fesztiválon, melynek e verseny is része még 3 napig tartó íjász eseményeknek is lesznek, mint például a HDH-IAA Történelmi Terem EB és IFAA OB. A versenyek összekoordinálása lehetőséget ad íjászainknak, hogy akár minden versenyen részt vegyenek.
A Hungexpo területére való belépés díját a versenyzők számára a regisztrációs díj tartalmazza. Belépés csak a 6-os kapunál akkreditáció után. Minden induló versenyzőnek kívánok sikeres versenyzést, látogatóinknak és vendégeinek jó szórakozást, kellemes időtöltést rendezvényeinken.
