The room rate is per person per night, which includes service charge and VAT.
Transportation from/to Antalya Airport is 15 Euros/per person for all participants.
Reservations should be made before 14 October 2012. Reservations after this date shall be subject to availability.

- The room rate is per person, per night, which includes service charge and VAT.
- Transportation fee from / to Antalya Airport and daily shuttle bus service to event venue is 15 EURO for all participants.
- Reservations should be made before 14 October 2012. Reservations after this date shall be subject to availability.
- Traveller’s checks will not be accepted.
- Please note that cancellations must be in writing and be received by
10 October 2012 for refund of the payment. If received later than 10 October 2012, no refunds will be possible. - Name changes will be accepted up to 24 hours before the event.
