Dear Friends,

As the Chairman of the Organising Committee of the 2012 IAA Hunting GP 2012 which will be held in Antalya-TURKEY on 18-21 October, I would like to invite and welcome your association to participate in our event. This competition will be organized following the HDH International Archery Association rules, in all divisions. 

You will find the Turkish hospitality and we hope you and your team will enjoy your stay in Antalya. 

Please find enclosed the necessary documents concerning the registration, organisation and participation to this event. We kindly ask you to return within the stated deadlines:

Final entries processed after the deadline will have a penalty fee of 5 Euros per archer to be paid to the OC at the moment of arriving at the event.

Health:
During the competition an ambulans, doctor and a nurse will be ready.

Special Show:
19.October evening trip to Antalya for very special show ofg Seans.
Seans is the biggest animation company in Turkey and they are celebrating their 10th years in sector. 22 groups will be on stage.

Banquet:
A special Turkish night at the hotel with Turkish oriantal dancers.

ENTRY FEES AND TRANSPORTATION FEES

 

The entry fees and the total amount for the hotel accomodation and other services should be paid until 14 October  2012.

 

OFFICIAL ENTRY FEES :
        Individual: 20 Euros/ per archer

NOTE: There is no Entry fee for teams 

 TRANSPORTATION FEES:
          Transportation fee is 9 Euros for all participants 

NON-OFFICIAL ENTRY FEES (If MA elects to stay in non-official accommodations):
Non-Official Entry Fees:
Individual     : 40 Euros/ per archer

(Reminder: Non-official accommodations are not booked through Onok).

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Participants who decide to book their accommodation in other hotels (non-official hotel) will have to pay a double entry fee.  Teams that do book outside the regular hotels will not be given any services outside of the field of play (1) and are responsible for obtaining information themselves. Furthermore they have to register at accreditation latest the day before the official practice. If they do not register the day before, no changes will be made to the entry list and it is likely that they will not be allowed to compete if registration was not completed on time and they cannot be allocated to a target without making any changes to the other teams.

All participants are requested to stay in our official Hotel for our logistic purposes.  

(1)  airport-hotel-airport transfers, shuttle services between hotels, elimination, practice and final venues will NOT be provided.

 


 

PAYMENT POLICY

The entry fees and the total amount for the hotel accommodation and other services should be paid until 14 October 2012.
Accommodation cannot be guaranteed, nor at the above quoted rates beyond this deadline.
A balance invoice will be issued after payment.
